Frequently asked questions.

Will this reduce my refusals?

It searches every document in the application for the errors that get good files refused: a missing document, a bank statement that does not add up, a name spelled two ways, a date that has expired. You fix them before you submit. It will not prevent every refusal, and we never say it does. Some refusals come from the interview or the officer's judgment, and no document tool can change those. Coridr handles the part that is fixable: the paperwork.

How is this different from using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or another AI tool to check a file?

A general tool can read a document, but it gives a confident guess, and it can guess differently each time. Coridr gives the same checkable answer every time, with the reason attached. It keeps the rulebook current as the rules change. It keeps a record of what was checked and when, which a chat log is not. And it is a full workflow: intake, review, correction, and a report you can submit.

The rules keep changing. How do I know your checks are current?

Keeping the rulebook current is our core job. When the UK or Canada changes a requirement, we update the checks, so your files are measured against today's rules, not last year's. That is the work we do, so you do not have to track every change yourself.

Is my candidates' data safe with you?

Yes, and we hold as little as we can. Documents are kept only as long as the work needs them, and deleted seven days after the application reaches its outcome. You see what we hold, and we give notice before anything is removed. Coridr is designed around Nigeria's data protection law. We do not sell your data, and we use it only to run the audit.

How we handle your candidates' data.

Will it replace my reviewers?

No. Coridr flags issues and explains them. Your reviewer decides what to do, can overrule any flag, and their decision is the one kept on record. It gives your team one clean pass, and the judgment stays with them.

What if it is wrong, flags something that is fine, or misses something?

You are never asked to take its word. Every flag comes with the reason and the evidence, so your reviewer can judge it and overrule it if they disagree. Coridr is there to catch what is easy to miss at volume. Your reviewer makes the call.

Isn't this just a pricier CRM?

It does a different job. A CRM tracks whether a document is present. Coridr checks whether the file is right: whether the documents agree, add up, and meet the requirements for the route. One file saved from a bounce, or one intake window kept, is worth more than the subscription.

Do my candidates have to install or learn anything?

No. Your candidates send their documents the way they already do. There is nothing for them to download, and nothing changes on their side. The work happens on yours.

How much does it cost?

Coridr is in a private pilot with five agencies, so there is no public price yet. If you want one of the places, request access and we will talk it through with you directly.
